The Srivatsan Lab is located at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, Washington. Their approach is to first make many measurements of developing biological systems using sequencing. Model these data using deep learning, and generate new instances that have been previously unexplored. Their work is focused primarily on developing sequencing based measurements, due to the scale that can be achieved.
